On the 1st floor is a kinky bedroom with a shower, kitchenette and toilet.
The ground floor is a living room equipped with BDSM furnishings, such as a medical examination chair, a slave chair, etc…
The basement dungeon is stocked with various BDSM implements as well as a holding cell. All three levels are luxurious and fully equipped for your needs.
The Kingdom of Fantasy is a private hotel, available exclusively for your stay. It is discrete, confidential and clean.
Fresh towels, bed linens, disposable slippers, coffee and bottled water are just some of the items supplied as standard amenities.
It is located only a few meters from Central Avenue and 350m from a metro station. A car park is a few meters from the distinctive and private entrance.
The Kingdom of Fantasy is rented to adults only.

The following values are included:

Monday to Sunday:
12 hours 100 € (only valid from 23:00 - 11:00)
24 hours 200 €
Monday to Thursday:
2 hours 40 € plus 10 € for each additional hour
Friday to Sunday:
2 hours 50 € plus 10 € for each additional hour
For extra guests
Extra guests are exclusively your choice
Each extra person is charged 15 € for the 3 hours plus 10 € for each additional hour.
For 12 or 24 hours extra guests upon request depending on their stay time.

from 10 persons and up: 20 € per person for 6 hours stay

30 € for 2 hours
